Dr. Julian Owens, Ph.D., MPH, is an accomplished educator, researcher, and consultant whose work spans management, behavioral science, and applied strategy. He serves as Adjunct Professor of Management at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, teaching courses in Global Strategic Management, Social Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.

With over three decades of leadership experience across healthcare, federal and international governments, Fortune 500 corporations, small and micro business startups, Dr. Owens brings a unique cross-sector perspective to his teaching and consulting. He has advised senior leaders and executives at organizations including Accenture, the National Institutes of Health, the National Library of Medicine, and the Congressional Research Service, helping them design and implement values-driven strategies that align purpose, ethics, and measurable outcomes.
